Sunday: Mountains

Tetons, 2008
Lord, you have been our dwelling place
    in all generations.
Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever you had formed the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting you are God.

 Psalm 90:1,2 ESV

I think we must both love mountains. Funny how both posted them, side-by-side. I am so amazed at what the they reveal in terms of the Lord's creation and forever-plans.

I'm getting ready to go visit a place in England where my ancestors still live after hundreds of years. And He has been there through every generation. Awesome! Happy Sunday to you Nancy.

I love the 'quietly joining part'... I will be doing that too, very soon. Love the picture and the verse.

Love Psalm 90. Everlasting---we need to linger long on that truth. Thanks for sharing. There seems to be a mountain theme going on. I think that is so beautiful.

The God who created us, created the time we live in. He is an awesome God.

Wow! What an amazing opportunity. Can't wait to hear all about it--you will write about it, right?
