Glory, Hallelujah, and Glow Sticks

There are cheesy nativity presentations.  There are some that play fast and loose with sound theology and the biblical narrative.  And then, there's this:


I posted the above on my Facebook page with these words, "If this doesn't make you smile, you simply have no soul."

The donkey!  The sheep!  The innkeepers!  The star!

And the glow sticks!

Yes!  By all means, let's celebrate His coming with laughter and joy and dancing and trumpet and song.  And yes...even with glow sticks!

Oh how we love glowsticks. At the candle lighting service, our little ones get handed glowsticks instead. They simply love it.
